We want you to love your Dopamine Posters purchase.
If you're an EU consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If something arrives damaged, defective or simply isn't what you ordered, please contact us first. Do not send the items back before contacting us.
Email info@dopamineposters.com with:
- your order number;
- a short description of the problem; and
- a clear photo or photos showing the issue.
We'll take it from there.
We'll arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
How to return something
First, tell us that you'd like to withdraw from your purchase.
You can do this through our online withdrawal function :

Once you've notified us, you generally have another 14 days to send the product back.
Who pays for the return?
Unless we've specifically said otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted product under the 14-day right of withdrawal. The return address is in Finland, where we are located. We'll give you the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not send returns directly to our production partners unless we specifically tell you to.
Can I open the package?
Absolutely. You're allowed to examine your purchase in much the same way you would in a shop. If a product is handled or used more than necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to deduct any resulting loss in value from your refund.
Refunds
We'll refund your payment without undue delay after receiving the returned products. If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of sending the products back to us, please contact us and we will check what has happened.
Your refund will normally go back using the original payment method.
We'll refund the cost of the standard delivery option you chose when ordering. If you paid extra for express delivery, we don't have to refund the additional upgrade cost.
Personalised products
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.
Where we offer personalised products, we will clearly tell you before you place your order.
Most Dopamine Posters products are produced when you place your order. This does not make them personalised, and you are eligible to withdraw from the contract as long as the products are in the same condition as you received them .
Exchanges
We don't normally offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different design, size or product, you can generally return the original item to us where your statutory withdrawal right applies and place a new order.
