Welcome to Dopamine Posters — a little shop full of colour, quirky illustrations and things designed to make you smile.
These Terms of Service explain how shopping with us works. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dopamine Posters
Our products
We sell posters, art prints, clothing, homeware and other products featuring our original artwork.
The clothing images are mock-ups, and the colours shown are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to represent the colours as accurately as possible, but please note that the actual colour of the garment may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Some of our product photos are lifestyle mock-ups using digital tools to show how a product might look in a real home or on a person.
All of our products are made to order. This means they're produced after you place your order rather than being stored in a warehouse.
Placing an order
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email.
Please check that your delivery address and order details are correct. If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@dopamineposters.com. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee that changes will be possible once your order has entered production.
If we need to cancel an order because a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product error, or we're unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason, we'll give you a full refund.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown at checkout together with applicable shipping costs and taxes.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Returns
Even though the Dopamine Posters products are produced on demand, you can still return the products if you are not satisfied. Exceptions include products that have genuinely been personalised or modified according to your specifications.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. The period starts when you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible that you wish to return your purchase. After notifying us, you generally have another 14 days to return them.
From 19 June 2026, Finnish online stores must also provide a clear withdrawal function through the same online interface where the purchase was made. The link to the withdrawal function is accessible via the footer of our store web-pages or click here.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise doesn't match what you ordered, please contact us.
We'll work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights. See our Returns Policy for the full details.
Your statutory rights aren't affected by anything in these Terms.
Intellectual property
We make our own artwork, and we're rather fond of it.
All Dopamine Posters artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, photographs, logos and text belong to us or are used with permission.
When you buy a product, you're buying the physical product, not the copyright to the artwork.
Please don't copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or use our artwork on your own products without our written permission.
Of course, you're welcome to photograph your Dopamine Posters goodies and share them online for personal use.
Reviews & customer photos
We love seeing Dopamine Posters in the wild!
If you send us a review or photo, you give us permission to use it for Dopamine Posters marketing, including our website and social media. You remain the owner of your own content.
If you'd rather we didn't use something you've sent us, just let us know.
Things outside our control
Sometimes things go wrong that nobody can reasonably control — for example, major postal disruptions, natural disasters, strikes or other significant events.
If something like this affects your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed and sort things out as quickly as possible.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by Finnish law, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that you are legally entitled to have.
