Good things are on their way
All Dopamine Posters products are made to order. This means your item is printed or produced especially for you after you place your order, and then shipped through one of our fulfilment partners.
We don't keep mountains of stock sitting in a warehouse — and your order is produced closer to you whenever possible.
The upside? Less unnecessary stock and more made-for-you products.
The downside? It can take a little longer to arrive.
How long will it take?
Because your order is made especially for you, please allow around 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Your order may occasionally take longer because of delays in production, postal delays, customs, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
So if your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after you have been notified that it has been shipped, don't panic. Please contact us at info@dopamineposter.com and we'll look into it.
A note about multiple items
Our partners will try to minimise the possibility of production being split between different facilities. However, if your order contains several products, they may be produced and shipped separately. This means your order may arrive in more than one parcel, at different times and potentially from different locations.
Where do you ship?
We ship all around the world. Your location will usually be detected by the website, and will show the appropriate country in the header at the top of our webpage. You can change the home country by clicking the down arrow if needed.
Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Some products or destinations may occasionally be unavailable because of shipping restrictions, local regulations or fulfilment limitations.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an order can't be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional costs may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
Missing or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after you have received a notification that it has been shipped please contact us at info@dopamineposters.com
We'll investigate the shipment with our fulfilment and delivery partners and help find a solution.
Your statutory consumer rights aren't affected by any estimated delivery times or our shipping procedures.
